Pattern. Nearly 15 years on the trading floor in international commodity markets. The craft that transfers: reading signal in noise, deciding with incomplete information, calibrating conviction under pressure. Your decisions are different. The skill is the same.
System. Trained in relationship-systems coaching, I read not only you but the wider structure around you — your team, your industry, your family, your context. Most of what shapes a difficult decision lives in the system around it, not inside you.
Self. I work with the body as a source of information, alongside the mind. Clarity has a felt quality — the nervous system signals it before the thought is fully formed. Tracking both produces decisions that hold after the session ends.
This is what makes the work go deep enough to matter.
